The foie gras are deep frozen, so they cook and taste like fresh. They come in a re-sealable aluminium pouch for portion control and better protection, which allows for a shelf life up to 1 year frozen. Each moulard duck is selected and prepared according to strict requirements resulting in a higher quality product. Each case contains two / 2lb bags for a total of 18 serving per bag.
