White Toque’s ratatouille stir-fry is prepared based on the original recipe from Provence region in Southern France. This stir-fry combines tasty Mediterranean vegetables and a savory provencal sauce. Ratatouille can be served hot, cold or at room temperature as a side dish, main dish or as an appetizer with bread or crackers.
