Parsley and Garlic Butter
Compound butters are butter jazzed up with other ingredients such as herbs and spices. Slices of compound butters make great garnishes for grilled fish or grilled steaks. They heighten the flavor of steamed vegetables, spreads, sauces or can be used to finish a sauce. Flavored butter is great to keep in the freezer because they are ready at a moment's notice.
