1 Lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmesan pieces
- 1. Take a bowl and fill water and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon. Immerse the artichoke into it to prevent him turning into black.
- 2. When serving, devide artichoke portion among the plate and sprinkle them with the juice of the other 1/2 lemon.
- 3. Add a dash of Olive oil, salt and pepper and finish with parmesan pieces.
